The original painting from which this print was taken was commissioned by the Chief Petty Officers Association at
RAF Molesworth, England in honor of their good friend CPO Joe Pearson USN (Ret) who served aboard LST 306.
The painting commemorates the service and sacrifice of all those who served aboard LST's during and after World
War Two.
